Garage Door Header Rot

Use a hammer to tap the 2x6 to a vertical position where it ll raise the header and release the downward pressure on the rotted post.
Pry on the crowbar to lift the trim and loosen it. It is a good idea to sandwich 1 2 plywood or osb between the pieces of 2x dimension lumber.
